Results that speak for themselves

Every change starts from a different point. For some it's losing weight, for others it's strengthening the body, building muscle or simply getting back good energy and wellbeing. Here you can see real people and their progress.

These changes aren't an accident or the result of strict restrictions. They come from consistent work and a system built around real life.

Client story 1

Evelina, mum of 2 · −12 kg

The goal

To lose the weight left after pregnancy and find an approach to nutrition and training that's realistic to keep up alongside two children and family life, without cooking separately for herself and for the family.

The starting point

Evelina started with big doubts. She had already tried more than one weight-loss programme without getting the result she wanted, and her biggest fear was that it wouldn't work this time either, because she would have to cook separately: for herself, her husband and the children.

Because of earlier failures her confidence had dropped, she blamed herself, and every attempt to squeeze herself into strict rules ended the same way: the plan broke down. What was missing was a clear system and nutrition that was realistic to prepare for the whole family at once, rather than separately for herself.

The approach

Her training programme was adapted to her situation at the time: limited time, post-pregnancy energy levels and the wish to get results without exhaustion. Instead of intense, draining workouts, she did 1-2-1 strength sessions that built her body without pushing it too hard, so that training gave results without becoming one more burden on top of childcare and daily commitments.

Alongside training, the main focus was on balanced nutrition, water intake, daily movement and habits that can be kept up in real family life.

Food wasn't split into ‘diet food for her’ and ‘normal food for the family’. The aim was simple, tasty meals and recipes that everyone can eat together.

Gradually the rest of the family joined in. Her husband started eating more healthily and, without much trouble, gave up sweets and his usual snacks. The children began eating the same food too, and healthier meals and desserts became a natural part of family life.

What changed

An overall change of 12 kg: her body slimmed down evenly, not just in one area.

From the back you can see another change: less cellulite on the thighs and buttocks, and firmer skin. Regular training strengthened her muscles, and her body became firmer and more proportionate.

It wasn't only her body that changed but also how she felt. Evelina began to trust herself more and feel proud of her result. Healthier habits spread to the family too: her husband also changed his diet and lost weight, and the children are growing up with healthier everyday eating.

When I started I was very withdrawn. I was afraid of being ridiculed, afraid to write, to ask, to share. I thought I'd try it and see how it all works.

I was sceptical, because other sport and nutrition programmes gave me no results in a month, but with Daina – voila, over −12 kg! I'm squeezing into a size S again – I can't remember when I last weighed this little, probably 5 years ago. My belly isn't bloated any more, my body has firmed up, but most importantly – I've found my confidence. It's not just numbers on paper; I've changed on the inside too.

Client story 2

Edita, mum of 3 · −11 kg

The goal

After her third pregnancy Edita wanted to lose the weight she had gained, reduce her body measurements and finally find an approach to nutrition and training that she could keep up in real life.

Until then her eating had been chaotic. She skipped breakfast, snacked often, felt strong hunger and struggled to control her food choices. Earlier attempts at diets ended the same way: after strict restrictions came even stronger hunger spikes, overeating and extra kilograms.

The starting point

Edita called herself a pessimist and at first didn't believe it would work this time. She was already tired of attempts that never gave lasting results.

The starting point was balanced nutrition and a clearer eating structure. Breakfast appeared, along with regular meals and more attention to protein, feeling full and portions.

Once her nutrition became balanced, the constant hunger spikes and the urge to snack went down. Edita began to recognise better when she was truly hungry and when the urge to eat came from habit.

Of course, this took support, and work not only on the body but on inner challenges too.

The approach

The biggest focus was not on bans, but on changes adapted to real everyday life.

Edita began tracking her water intake and realised she had been drinking far less than she thought. Gradually her relationship with sweets changed too. The need for them went down, and instead of constant snacking there was clearer, more filling eating.

It was also important that she didn't have to cook separate ‘diet’ food for herself and her family. The family ate the same food, which made the weight-loss process much easier to fit into daily life.

Training and more daily movement were added alongside. Once the first results appeared, Edita naturally wanted to move more and to carry on with the process she had started.

Her family got involved too. Her husband and children support Edita and help her find time for training.

What changed

Edita lost 11 kg, and her waist and hip measurements each went down by 10 cm.

But the change went beyond the scales. Balanced nutrition helped reduce hunger spikes, the constant urge to snack and chaotic eating. There was more satiety, more energy and more desire to move.

Edita is delighted that she can now comfortably wear smaller clothes. One of the strongest moments for her was fitting into size 12 jeans again.

The family has noticed the change too. Her son even asked whether Mum was still on a diet, because she eats almost the same food as everyone at home.

The result

  • −11 kg in weight
  • −10 cm from the waist
  • −10 cm from the hips
  • Fewer hunger spikes
  • Less urge to snack all the time
  • Balanced nutrition without strict diets
  • More energy and more desire to move
  • A smaller clothes size

Edita's story shows that losing weight doesn't have to mean constant hunger, bans and short-term diets. When nutrition becomes balanced and there is a clear structure, training and daily activity, not only body weight and measurements go down, but also the constant need to battle with food.

The result didn't come from one ‘perfect’ month, but from consistent changes that Edita can carry on with.

I was such a pessimist, completely convinced that nothing would work. I simply watched and went all in. But when the kilograms started coming off after just the first week, I was in shock.

I used to snack all the time and felt hungry constantly. Now the hunger spikes are gone, I don't need to keep snacking, and the weight is coming off. I also feel more like moving.

The funniest thing is when my son asks: ‘Mum, are you still on that diet of yours? You eat almost everything like we do.’

And I want to say a huge thank you. Today I got into size 12 jeans and I've already lost 11 kilograms.

Client story 3

Kamėja Bundulaitė, −30 kg

From over 100 kg to under 100 kg

The goal

For a long time Kamėja had been trying to get rid of excess weight, but her body weight kept fluctuating. The kilos she lost came back, and old eating habits came back with them.

One of her biggest goals was not only to lose weight but finally to get below 100 kg and stay there.

Another big problem was a strong craving for sweets. Milk chocolate and sweets were an ordinary part of everyday life, so earlier attempts to change her eating were usually short-lived.

The starting point

In Kamėja's case, what mattered most wasn't yet another strict diet, but finding a way to lose weight without starving and without a constant battle with food.

The focus was on balanced, filling nutrition, suitable portion sizes, better food choices and everyday habits that can be kept up for longer than a few weeks.

Balanced and filling nutrition helped not only to reduce weight and body fat, but also to get the constant urge to snack and the strong craving for sweets under control.

Kamėja herself stressed more than once that she doesn't starve during the process and eats tasty food. That became one of the key differences from her earlier attempts to lose weight.

How the cravings for sweets went down

For years Kamėja could hardly imagine a day without milk chocolate.

Now that same chocolate can simply sit in the cupboard without creating such a strong urge.

That didn't happen because sweets were banned altogether. Her overall eating, satiety and daily choices changed.

She discovered new flavours and different desserts, and the need to keep looking for something sweet gradually faded.

That's why the question ‘how do I reduce cravings for sweets’ doesn't always start with giving them up completely. Often you first need to sort out your overall nutrition, satiety and eating habits.

More movement in everyday life

It wasn't only her eating that changed.

Kamėja started walking more and looking for chances to move every day. Instead of exercise being one more obligation, it gradually became a natural part of everyday life.

Higher daily activity helped to support her weight loss and improve her general physical wellbeing without having to do hard workouts every day.

How to keep your results over celebrations

Another common problem when losing weight is situations where a single celebration, birthday or meal out ruins all earlier progress.

Kamėja learned to enjoy food without overeating and to simply go back to her normal eating the next day.

That helped her avoid the scenario where one dinner turns into several days of overeating and giving up on the plan altogether.

That approach matters if you want not only to lose weight, but to keep it off over time.

Other people started to notice

When her weight started to drop noticeably, it wasn't only Kamėja who noticed.

A colleague she hadn't seen for a few weeks immediately commented that she had slimmed down. Her manager noticed her changed face and overall appearance, and one patient didn't even recognise her.

Reactions like that became extra confirmation that the result is visible not only on the scales.

The result

Kamėja lost 30 kg and went from over 100 kg to under 100 kg.

But the most important change went beyond kilograms. Her eating, daily activity, relationship with sweets and the weight-loss process itself all changed.

  • −30 kg in weight
  • From over 100 kg to under 100 kg
  • Less body fat
  • Fewer cravings for sweets and less snacking
  • Balanced nutrition for weight loss
  • More daily physical activity
  • Weight loss without starving or strict diets
  • Habits that help keep the lost weight off

Kamėja's story shows well that the answer to the question ‘how do I get rid of excess weight and not put it back on’ is usually not an even stricter diet.

When eating becomes more filling and more balanced, hunger spikes, constant snacking and cravings for sweets go down. When more daily movement and a more flexible attitude to celebrations and meals out come along too, weight loss becomes a process you can keep up for longer.

Simply no words. I've finally seen the 9 I'd dreamed of at the start of the number on the scales, and it's staying there. I'm not starving, I eat tasty food, and in total I've already lost 30 kg.

For years I was a real sweet-tooth. Milk chocolate was almost an everyday thing, and now I just don't need it any more. I can't even believe my habits changed this much.

At work people started asking what I'd done, because everyone can see the change. And I can finally see it and understand that I can do it. Now my next goal is to see an 8 on the scales.
